The following is a tribute to my father.
Most of all Dad loved living his life the way he did.
The followiing 29 photographs span the time from his wedding to Idabelle in 1947
to the reunion with his family in October 2002.
My father was born in Little Orleans, Maryland to John and Lola Price. He was known by the nickname "Brownie" (for his dark complexion)
My father worked as an auto mechanic for most of his career at Park Circle Chevrolet.
His favorite music was country/bluegrass. Dad enjoyed fishing, being out in his boat on the Northeast River, crabbing and
hunting (really I think he just enjoyed being outdoors). He enjoyed watching the auto races, football games and wrestling.
Dad loved his family, his children and grandchildren and his friends.
He enjoyed being in the mountains and at his boyhood home in Little Orleans.
Dad was really excited at being able to see his family again and enjoyed himself
at the reunion held with them the Sunday before he passed away.
